RAW VIDEO RECORDING RATES
The rates listed below Include a professional cinematographer, and the use of camera(s), lighting, and audio gear, along with access to the RAW video files as they were captured in the camera. (Video editing is not included in these rates - the pricing for video editing is listed in the following section)
Professional Cinematography
Hourly rate for a single professional cinematographer.
(Does not include travel time or travel fees)
8 Hour Production Day
Production day rate for a single professional cinematographer. (Up to 8 hours, does not include travel time or travel fees)
Production Team
Production day rate for two cinematographers, a professional audio technician, and a key grip. (Up to 8 hours, does not include travel time or travel fees)
Aerial Videography
Part 107 certified, licensed, and insured. $150 for the first hour, then $100 per hour after that for same-day shoots!
Video Editing Rates
Professional creative video editing.
Standard Video Editing (Hourly Rate)
Includes video ingest, audio enhancement,
color correction, basic text, titles, cutting, and transitions.
Advanced Video Editing (Hourly Rate)
Customized animations, green screening, special effects, or advanced color grading.
PRIORITY Video Editing (Hourly Rate)
Standard editing can take a while, especially in our busy season.
Prioritize your project for a faster turnaround.
Live Streaming
Live stream your event to Facebook, Youtube, or Vimeo!
EVENT LIVE Stream
Includes a well-produced live stream of your event, edited live from two camera angles and broadcasted to Facebook, YouTube, or Vimeo.
The ability to connect to a high-speed internet source at the location of your event is required for this service.
Pricing starts at $750 and includes a single camera operator, two-hour early arrival for setup, up to 1 hour of event coverage, and a high-quality recording of the event.

Travel Fees
Sovis Productions will travel free of additional charge for the first 45 miles from Owosso, Michigan. For locations exceeding this 45 mile range, a $1 per mile travel fee will be added. For distances greater than 120 miles from Owosso, MI., accommodations, and a per diem fee will be required for each crew member involved in the production process for the duration of the project.
